Diamond Express Janitorial LLC provides janitorial and cleaning services, including but not limited to commercial cleaning, office buildings, event clean-ups, move-in/move-out cleanings, fogging services, and floor stripping/waxing.

• All services will be performed professionally and with reasonable care.

• Service availability is subject to scheduling and may vary by location.

2. Quotes & Payments

• Quotes provided are based on the information you supply. Final pricing may change if the actual work required differs.

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Clients must provide safe access to the property and disclose any hazards (e.g., chemicals, pets, security systems).

• Personal or fragile items should be secured before services begin.

• Diamond Express Janitorial LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from unsafe conditions or undisclosed hazards.

5. Liability

• We carry insurance to protect against accidental damage.

• Diamond Express Janitorial LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
